Puppy Yoga at Team Z Realty, La Mesa

Join us for an evening of relaxation, laughter, and puppy cuddles at Puppy Yoga with A New Life Dog Rescue, hosted at the Team Z Realty office in La Mesa!

During this restorative, beginner-friendly yoga class, you’ll flow from 6:00–6:45 PM while an adorable litter of adoptable rescue puppies free-roams the space, offering kisses, wiggles, and joyful distractions along the way. After class, enjoy 15 extra minutes of pure puppy playtime and cuddles.

This class will be led by Sarah Hoagland, local realtor and certified yoga instructor.

All puppies attending are from A New Life Dog Rescue and are adoptable.
